End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer of the Click Flow browser extension ("the Software").

1. Grant of License

The developer hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and free license to install and use the Software on your devices for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

The Software is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the source code of the Software. All intellectual property rights, copyrights, title, and interest in and to the Software are retained by the developer. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all your devices.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted international legal standards.
